This policy describes how kaltratrade ("we") gathers, processes and safeguards your personal data across our site and platform. Our role is data controller for these data.
Data collected. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers alongside KYC paperwork required by regulation. We also keep: execution and account history, device logs and support chats. EU/UK legal grounds: contract performance, legal obligation, plus legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Managing your account, settling positions, meeting compliance, countering fraud, platform security, and opt-in product updates with one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to operational providers (custody, payment, verification), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymised analytics. No sale of personal data.
Storage & safety. Data is kept for the account life plus legal windows (typically five-seven years for transactions). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access controls.
